Casa Loma is a census-designated place in Sonoma County, California, United States. The population was 1,871 at the 2010 census.

Casa Loma is located in the Mayacamas Mountains between the towns of Calistoga and Santa Rosa. It is east of U.S. Route 101 and north of State Route 12.

The area around Casa Loma was first settled by Native Americans who lived in the nearby mountains. In 1823, Mexican settlers began ranching in the area. The first American settler arrived in 1851.

In the early 1900s, the area around Casa Loma became a popular summertime destination for wealthy San Franciscans. They built summer homes in the area and came to escape the city heat.

Today, Casa Loma is a quiet residential community. It is home to several wineries and vineyards, as well as the Robert Mondavi Winery.
