Paskenta is a small town located in Northern California. The town is home to a few hundred people and is situated in a rural area. There are a few small businesses in the town, but no major employers. The closest city is Redding, which is about an hour away.

Paskenta was founded in the late 1800s as a stop on the stagecoach route between Redding and Chico. The town grew slowly over the years, but began to decline in the mid-1900s as the stagecoach route was replaced by a highway. Many of the businesses in town closed, and the population began to dwindle.

In recent years, Paskenta has begun to see some new life. A few new businesses have opened, and there has been some population growth. The town is still small and quiet, but it has a lot of charm. It’s a great place to raise a family or retire.
