Old Fig Garden is a census-designated place (CDP) in Fresno County, California, United States. The population was 4,512 at the 2010 census, up from 3,941 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Fresno–Madera Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The Fig Garden community was developed in the early 1900s as an agricultural subdivision. The name “Fig Garden” comes from the many fig trees that were planted in the area. The Fig Garden CDP includes the original Fig Garden subdivision as well as the newer Villaggio and Villa del Sol subdivisions.

The Fig Garden community is located in northwest Fresno, west of Highway 41 and north of Herndon Avenue. It is bordered by the Woodward Park and Sunnyside neighborhoods to the south, the Clovis neighborhood to the north, and the city of Fresno to the east.

According to the 2010 census, Old Fig Garden CDP has a total area of 1.8 square miles (4.6 km2), all land.
