Romoland CDP is a census-designated place in Riverside County, California, United States. The population was 3,788 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Hemet, California metropolitan area.
The community began in 1884 as a stop on the Southern Pacific Railroad. A post office was established in 1886, and the community was named after Romola Graham, the daughter of an early settler.
In recent years, Romoland has experienced significant growth due to its proximity to major transportation corridors and its affordable housing. The community is served by the Romoland School District and is home to several parks and recreation facilities.
