Day Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Santa Cruz County, California, United States. The population was 1,130 at the 2010 census. It is part of the San Francisco Bay Area.
Day Valley is located in the southern part of Santa Cruz County, about 5 miles (8 km) east of the city of Watsonville. The CDP includes the unincorporated community of Aromas and part of the unincorporated community of Corralitos. U.S. Route 101 runs through Day Valley, leading north 12 miles (19 km) to Gilroy and south 36 miles (58 km) to Salinas.
