About Paradise CDP, California
Situated in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Paradise is a small town in Butte County, California. With a population of just over 26,000, it’s one of the state’s smaller municipalities. Despite its name, though, Paradise isn’t all sunshine and rainbows – in 2018, the town was largely destroyed by the Camp Fire, the most destructive wildfire in California history.
Despite this tragedy, the town is slowly but surely rebuilding, and its residents are determined to make Paradise a thriving community once again. With its beautiful location and close-knit community, there’s no doubt that Paradise will eventually live up to its name.
