About Kelseyville CDP, California
Kelseyville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Lake County, California, United States. The population was 3,353 at the 2010 census, up from 2,928 at the 2000 census. It is named after Narcissa Kelsey, one of the first settlers in the area.
Kelseyville is located at the north end of Clear Lake, 6 miles (9.7 km) southwest of Lakeport, the county seat. It is on State Route 29 where it intersects with State Route 175. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 5.0 square miles (12.9 km2), all of it land.
The town is home to many wineries and vineyards that are part of the Clear Lake AVA, as well as the annual Kelseyville Pear Festival.
