Paradise Park CDP, California is a census-designated place (CDP) in Shasta County, California, United States. The population was 2,191 at the 2010 census, up from 1,824 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Redding Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The unincorporated community of Paradise Park is located along State Route 273 in northwestern Shasta County, approximately 10 miles (16 km) northwest of the city of Redding. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.0 km2), all of it land.
The community of Paradise Park was established in the early 1950s as a retirement community. The first homes were built in 1953. The community has since grown to include a number of businesses and facilities, including a grocery store, gas station, post office, and several restaurants.
