West Puente Valley is a census-designated place (CDP) in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The population was 10,785 at the 2010 census, up from 10,146 at the 2000 census. It is located in the San Gabriel Valley, near the junction of the 10 and 60 freeways.

The CDP includes the unincorporated communities of Bassett, Valinda, and Willowbrook. Willowbrook is the most populous community in the CDP, with a population of over 24,000. It is also the site of Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, one of the largest rehabilitation facilities in the world.

The West Puente Valley CDP is predominantly Hispanic, with a large percentage of residents of Mexican descent. The area has a long history as a settlement for Mexican migrants to the United States. In recent years, it has also become home to a significant number of Central American immigrants.
