East Rancho Dominguez is an unincorporated community located within the 4th district of Los Angeles County. The CDP includes the neighborhoods of Alondra Park, Carmen Hill, Gardena Heights, and Willowbrook.
The 2010 United States Census reported that East Rancho Dominguez CDP had a population of 15,135. The racial makeup of East Rancho Dominguez CDP was 5,931 (39.0%) White (21.8% Non-Hispanic White), 1,346 (8.9%) African American, 189 (1.3%) Native American, 817 (5.4%) Asian, 31 (0.2%) Pacific Islander, 6,377 (42.2%) from other races, and 654 (4.3%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 12,451 persons (82.1%).
