Panorama Heights is a census-designated place (CDP) located in Los Angeles County, California. The population was 10,817 at the 2010 census.

The Panorama Heights CDP is located in the San Gabriel Valley, northeast of the city of Pasadena. It is bordered by Altadena to the north and west, South Pasadena to the southwest, and East Pasadena to the southeast.

The area now known as Panorama Heights was originally part of Rancho San Pasqual, which was granted to Mexican soldier Manuel Nieto in 1784. Nieto sold the rancho in 1801 to Eulalia Pérez de Guillén Mariné, widow of Francisco Mariné. The rancho was subsequently subdivided and sold numerous times. Development of the area began in earnest in the 1920s, with the construction of several homes and a golf course.

Panorama Heights is an ethnically diverse community, with residents of Hispanic, White, Asian, and African American descent making up the majority of the population. The area has a variety of housing options, from single-family homes to apartments and condominiums.

The Panorama Heights community is served by a variety of public and private schools. There are also a number of parks and recreation facilities in the area, including the Panorama Recreation Center.
