Woodacre is a census-designated place (CDP) in Marin County, California, United States. It is located 3.25 miles (5.2 km) south-southeast of downtown Novato, at an elevation of 304 feet (93 m). The population was 1,392 at the 2010 census.

The Woodacre CDP includes the unincorporated community of Woodacre as well as the portion of Sleepy Hollow that lies north of San Andreas Fault and west of Redwood Creek.

Woodacre is named for Thomas Woodacre, who settled in the area in 1854. The Woodacre post office opened in 1858, closed in 1859, and re-opened in 1864.

The 2010 United States Census reported that Woodacre had a population of 1,392. The racial makeup of Woodacre was 1,206 (86.3%) White, 15 (1.1%) African American, 11 (0.8%) Native American, 61 (4.4%) Asian, 4 (0.3%) Pacific Islander, 35 (2.5%) from other races, and 60 (4.3%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 164 persons (11.8%).
