Baker CDP, California is an unincorporated community in San Bernardino County, California. The population was 2,134 at the 2010 census.

The community is located on the western edge of the Mojave Desert, east of the city of Barstow and west of the town of Baker. It is south of Interstate 15 and north of State Route 58.

The primary economic activity in Baker CDP is tourism, as it is the gateway to the Mojave National Preserve. There are several hotels and restaurants in the community, as well as gas stations and other services for travelers.
