The 2010 United States Census reported that East Orosi had a population of 4,576. The racial makeup of East Orosi was 2,854 (62.6%) White, 52 (1.1%) African American, 97 (2.1%) Native American, 67 (1.5%) Asian, 6 (0.1%) Pacific Islander, 1,484 (32.4%) from other races, and 174 (3.8%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3,399 persons (74.3%).
