East Porterville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Tulare County, California, United States. The population was 11,265 at the 2010 census, up from 10,425 at the 2000 census.

The CDP includes the unincorporated community of East Porterville and surrounding rural areas. It is located east of Porterville proper, near the Sierra Nevada foothills.

East Porterville is predominantly agricultural, with some light industry and retail. The area is home to a number of dairies and other livestock operations, as well as orchards and other crops. There are also a few small businesses in town, including a grocery store, hardware store, and several restaurants.
