About Kennedy CDP, California

Kennedy CDP, California is a census-designated place (CDP) in the San Joaquin Valley, in the U.S. state of California. The population was 10,917 at the 2010 census, up from 8,788 at the 2000 census.

The Kennedy CDP is located in central Fresno County, bordered to the north by the city of Fresno, to the east by Highway 41, to the south by the Malaga CDP, and to the west by Highway 145. It is about 15 miles (24 km) northeast of downtown Fresno and 5 miles (8 km) northwest of Kerman.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.4 square miles (6.1 km2), all of it land.
