Tuttletown is a census-designated place (CDP) in Tuolumne County, California, United States. The population was 1,240 at the 2010 census, up from 1,172 at the 2000 census.

Tuttletown is located at 38°3′42″N 120°17′37″W / 38.06167°N 120.29361°W / 38.06167; -120.29361 (38.061575, -120.293610).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 9.0 square miles (23 km2), all of it land.

The 2010 United States Census reported that Tuttletown had a population of 1,240. The racial makeup of Tuttletown was 1,091 (88.1%) White, 7 (0.6%) African American, 20 (1.6%) Native American, 17 (1.4%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific Islander, 73 (5.9%) from other races, and 62 (5.0%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 206 persons (16.7%).
