Lake Nacimiento CDP, California is a census-designated place (CDP) in San Luis Obispo County, California, United States. The population was 1,627 at the 2010 census, up from 1,323 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Atascadero–Paso Robles metropolitan area.
The Lake Nacimiento CDP includes the unincorporated community of Heritage Ranch, located on the north shore of Lake Nacimiento.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 17.6 square miles (45.6 km2), of which 16.8 square miles (43.5 km2) are land and 0.8 square miles (2.1 km2), or 4.40%, are water.
